Premier League runners-up Arsenal have finalized an £86 million deal to acquire Viktor Gyokeres this summer.
The Gunners, who struggled
with scoring last season, appear determined to make a strong push for the title
in the upcoming campaign.
According to Portuguese
sources on Wednesday night, Arsenal have reached a fee agreement with Sporting
CP to sign Gyokeres.
Despite joining Sporting CP
only a year ago, the attacker is eager to move, aiming to compete in the
Champions League and win trophies with a top club. Gyokeres is confident in his
ability to secure a regular starting position at Arsenal.
