Former Barcelona manager Xavi

Following the departure of Erik ten Hag, Manchester United is actively searching for a new head coach, with former Barcelona manager Xavi emerging as a top candidate.

Speculation has risen over a recent meeting between Xavi and United’s Chief Executive Omar Berrada in Barcelona. Despite the rumors, sources from Sport indicate that Manchester United has not yet extended a formal offer to the Spanish coach.

Meanwhile, Xavi is also reportedly in talks with the Qatar Federation regarding their national team’s coaching position. Currently a free agent after his exit from Barcelona at the end of last season, Xavi’s next move remains undecided.
